This Privacy Policy explains how Palmer's Pizza ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you order from us or sign up for our text messages.
We collect information you give us when you place an order or sign up for texts, such as your name, mobile phone number, delivery address, order details, and (for online orders) payment information processed by our payment provider. When you order by phone, your call may be transcribed to take and confirm your order.
We use your information to take and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and pickup/delivery updates, provide customer service (including order help by text), and — only if you opt in — send occasional promotional offers.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send SMS text messages. We collect marketing consent separately from transactional consent. Order/transactional texts (order confirmations, status, and pickup/delivery updates) and customer-care replies are one opt-in; promotional and marketing texts (offers and deals) require a separate, optional opt-in and are only sent to customers who specifically agree to receive them. You may opt in to one without the other, and marketing consent is never required to place an order or as a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties except subcontractors (such as our messaging provider, Twilio) acting on our behalf to deliver the messages.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, delivery, and messaging) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to see whether our ads actually bring in orders. Our website uses Google's cookies for this. When an order is placed — online, by phone, or in store — we may also send Google a scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) copy of the phone number and email on the order so Google can tell us whether it followed one of our ads. Google receives only the scrambled value, never the number or address itself, and uses it only to report results to us. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or ask us (724) 517-7994 to leave your orders out.
We keep order and contact information as long as needed to run our business and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
